Vivopower Unit Signs $85 Million Deal to Supply Electric Utility Vehicles in Saudi Arabia

01:25 PM EDT, 04/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- VivoPower International ( VVPR ) said Friday its Tembo e-LV unit signed a distribution agreement worth up to $85 million with Green Watt to supply and distribute 1,600 Tembo electric utility vehicles across Saudi Arabia by 2030.

Green Watt is based in Saudi Arabia and focuses on renewable energy, energy efficiency, and environmental sustainability. Its customers include Aramco, Halliburton (HAL), Saudi Electric, Honeywell (HON), and Baker Hughes (BKR), according to VivoPower ( VVPR ).

Shares of Vivopower ( VVPR ) were down nearly 1% in recent trading.
