10:38 AM EDT, 10/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- VivoPower International's ( VVPR ) Tembo E-LV unit said Thursday that it signed a definitive partnership agreement to provide Philippine jeepney manufacturer Sarao Motors with electric jeepney kits.

Tembo said it has shipped its electric jeepney kits, with delivery to Sarao Motors expected in the next weeks. No financial details were disclosed.

Tembo also said it will provide technical support to Sarao as it upgrades its headquarters into a sustainable energy solutions facility with charging stations.
