02:50 PM EDT, 05/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vivos Therapeutics ( VVOS ) said Friday it issued a $1.1 million convertible promissory note to V-Co Investors 2, with proceeds to be used for the acquisition of The Sleep Center of Nevada.

V-Co is affiliated with New Seneca Partners, a current investor and advisor to the company, Vivos said.

Shares of the company were up over 10% in recent trading.
