March 27 (Reuters) - Walmart ( WMT ) has notified the

Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice it would

voluntarily withdraw and refile a certain antitrust review

application for its planned acquisition of Vizio ( VZIO ), Vizio ( VZIO )

said on Wednesday.
