Vizsla Copper Closes Non-Brokered Private Placement For Gross Proceeds Of $2.5 Million

05:05 PM EDT, 04/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vizsla Copper ( VCUFF ) on Thursday said close a non-brokered private placement of share units, issuing 38.4-million units at a price of $0.065 per unit for gross proceeds of $2.5 million.

Each unit consists of one share of the company and a three-year warrant to buy a second share for C$0.12.

The net proceeds of the offering will be used for further exploration and general working capital purposes.

Vizsla shares closed down C$0.005 to C$0.105 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
