06:58 AM EST, 12/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vizsla Silver ( VZLA ) said Thursday it has agreed to acquire 10 claims comprising 2,378 hectares along the Panuco-San Dimas corridor from Fresnillo's Minera Fresnillo for $2 million in cash and issue 854,697 shares worth about $4 million.

Seven of the 10 claims, located in Mexico's Sinaloa, are highly prospective, the company said.

Vizsla Silver ( VZLA ) said it is in the process of expanding its survey to cover the strategic claims and to start mapping and rock sampling, the company said.
