07:49 AM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vizsla Silver ( VZLA ) fell 11% to US$1.95 in NYSE American pre-market trading after saying it had raised $65 million in a bought deal financing to advance the Panuco project in Mexico as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The offering comprises 25 million shares priced at $2.60 apiece. The company also granted underwriters an over allotment option which, if fully exercised, will raise the proceeds to nearly $74.8 million.
The financing is expected to close by Thursday.
