HOUSTON, Oct. 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- VLS Environmental Solutions ("VLS"), a leading provider of sustainable waste management and environmental solutions, today announced the acquisition of Industrial Waste Utilization (IWU) and AA Sydcol, two trusted California- and Arizona-based providers of hazardous and non-hazardous waste solutions. The acquisition further strengthens VLS' position as a premier provider of sustainable solutions.

This strategic acquisition reinforces VLS' commitment to serving clients across California, Arizona, and the broader West Coast, including Baja Mexico. With established facilities in Montclair, CA, and Yuma, AZ, IWU and AA Sydcol will complement VLS' existing operations in San Diego, Quartzsite, Tijuana, and Phoenix, to create a comprehensive platform for industrial, government, and commercial customers.
