Vnet Group Chief Executive Jeff Dong Resigns

04:37 AM EDT, 04/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vnet Group ( VNET ) said late Monday that Chief Executive Jeff Dong has resigned due to personal reasons.

Josh Sheng Chen, founder and co-chairperson, will succeed Dong as interim CEO, effective immediately.

"The company will announce once the appointment of the permanent CEO has been confirmed," it said in a statement.
