VNET Group Plans $400 Million Offering of Convertible Senior Notes

06:05 AM EDT, 03/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- VNET Group ( VNET ) said Thursday it plans a $400 million offering of convertible senior notes due April 1, 2030.

The company said it intends to use the net proceeds for the capital investment in wholesale internet data center services projects, among other things

VNET ( VNET ) shares were down 8.4% in recent premarket activity.
