Vodafone, AST SpaceMobile to Locate Satellite Operations Center in Germany

04:10 AM EST, 11/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vodafone ( VOD ) and AST SpaceMobile ( ASTS ) said Friday that they have selected Germany as the location for their main Satellite Operations Center.

The facility, to be located near either Munich or Hannover, will be used to allocate and map satellite connectivity for mobile network operators across Europe, the companies said.

AST SpaceMobile ( ASTS ) has submitted regulatory filings with the International Telecommunication Union, a United Nations agency, to mitigate any signal interference, the companies said.
