4D provides two hybrid low-code development platforms, 4D and Qodly, designed for the creation, customization, and deployment of business applications, whether hosted on-premises or in the cloud, according to the company.

4D will continue to operate under its own brand, led by Chief Executive Officer Eric Teissandier, the company added.

Financial details were not disclosed.
