Volato Group CTO Resigns; NYSE American Approves Compliance Plan -- Shares Rise

01:41 PM EDT, 09/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Volato Group ( SOAR ) shares were up more than 9% in recent trading Monday. The company said that Steven Drucker resigned as chief technology officer on Friday.

Drucker's resignation was not due to any disagreements with the company, Volato ( SOAR ) said Monday in a regulatory filing.

The company also said that the NYSE American approved its compliance plan for maintaining the its listing on the exchange.

The bourse granted a compliance period through Dec. 18, 2025, during which period the company will be subject to quarterly reviews to determine the progress against the plan.
