The system utilizes specialty mining hardware optimized to achieve peak performance at high altitudes, allowing for better efficiency compared with ground-based mining setups, the company said.

The technology "allows operators to transform inefficiencies into valuable Bitcoin assets, maximizing revenue potential while maintaining operational integrity," the company said.

Shares of Volato Group ( SOAR ) rose 108% in premarket activity Tuesday.
