Volt Carbon Technologies Launches Online Store For Natural Flake Graphite, Terminates Option Agreement

02:18 PM EDT, 07/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Volt Carbon Technologies ( TORVF ) on Thursday said it is opening a new online store to sell natural flake graphite to end users.

The store will officially open on August 12, and is part of Volt Carbon's ( TORVF ) strategy to scale up its dry separation process while aiming to generate revenue to support its operations.

The company and Green Battery Minerals ( GBMIF ) mutually agreed to terminate their arm's length option agreement with respect to GEM's Berkwood Graphite Project in northern Quebec. Volt Carbon ( TORVF ) said no funds were expended on the property.

The company's shares were last seen up $0.005 to $0.04 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
