Vontier's Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Net Earnings, Revenue Rise; Fiscal 2025 Guidance Revised

09:17 AM EDT, 07/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vontier ( VNT ) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted net earnings Thursday of $0.79 per diluted share, up from $0.63 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.72.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 27 was $773.5 million, up from $696.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $734.5 million.

The company said it expects fiscal Q3 adjusted diluted net EPS of $0.74 to $0.78 on total sales of $745 million to $755 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect EPS of $0.78 on revenue of $755.4 million.

Vontier ( VNT ) also revised its fiscal 2025 adjusted diluted net EPS guidance to a range of $3.10 to $3.20 on total sales of $3.02 billion to $3.07 billion, from the previous EPS guidance of $3.00 to $3.15 on total sales of $2.97 billion to $3.05 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of 3.12 on revenue of $3.02 billion.

The company's shares were 0.13% lower in recent Thursday premarket activity.
