Vornado, Hudson Pacific, Blackstone Real Estate Announce First Lease at Sunset Pier 94 Studios With Paramount
Mar 11, 2026 12:47 AM

04:59 PM EST, 01/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vornado Realty Trust ( VNO ) , Hudson Pacific Properties ( HPP/PC ) and Blackstone's (BX) Blackstone Real Estate said late Thursday that Paramount Skydance's ( PSKY ) Paramount Television Studios has signed the first lease at Sunset Pier 94 Studios ahead of its opening.

Paramount Television Studios has leased 70,000 square feet to film season two of "Dexter: Resurrection" for Paramount+, using two sound stages along with production support and office space on a phased basis, the companies said.

The developers said demand has been strong, driven by the Manhattan location and expanded New York State film production tax credits, adding that more leases are expected.
