Vornado Realty Trust Q1 Adjusted FFO, Revenue Increase; Shares Rise After Hours

05:37 PM EDT, 05/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vornado Realty Trust ( VNO ) reported Q1 adjusted funds from operations late Monday of $0.63 per diluted share, up from $0.55 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.52.

Revenue for the three months ended March 31 was $461.6 million, up from $436.4 million.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $452.1 million.

Shares of Vornado Realty ( VNO ) were up nearly 2% in after-hours activity.
