Vortex Metals to Raise $1.5 Million in Non-Brokered Private Placement

07:31 AM EDT, 04/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vortex Metals Inc. ( VMSSF ) overnight Thursday said that it plans to raise about $1.5 million via a non-brokered private placement.

The company is offering about 16.1 million units at $0.09 apiece. Each unit will be comprised of one common share and one-half of one non-transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant gives the holder to buy one additional common share for 24 months from the date of issuance at $0.135 per warrant share.

The company plans to use the net proceeds for general working capital and exploration expenses.
