04:36 PM EST, 01/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Voxx International ( VOXX ) said Friday it would delay the filing of its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended Nov. 30.

The company said it informed the US Securities and Exchange Commission of the reporting delay, which it attributed mainly to its decision to conduct an assessment of potential asset impairment after it recently agreed to merge with Gentex.
