04:50 PM EST, 01/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- VOXX International ( VOXX ) said late Friday it received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq after missing the deadline for filing the Form 10-Q report for the quarter ended Nov. 30.

The notice, dated Tuesday, has no immediate effect on the company's stock listing on Nasdaq, VOXX ( VOXX ) said.

The company said it plans to file the quarterly report within the 60-day period, or until March 31, set by Nasdaq.
