Voyager Acquisition Approves Business Combination With Veraxa Biotech

06:37 AM EDT, 03/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Voyager Acquisition ( VACH ) said Friday that it has approved its business combination with VERAXA Biotech.

Closing of the transaction is subject to listing approvals by Nasdaq.

After closing, the combined company is expected to trade on Nasdaq under the new symbol, VRXA.
