10:45 AM EDT, 06/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Voyager Technologies is offering 11 million Class A shares at between $26 and $29 per share in its planned initial public offering, according to its preliminary prospectus filing Monday.

Its underwriters, including Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan and Barclays, will have a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.65 million additional shares, the filing showed. The shares will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "VOYG."

The company said it plans to use the proceeds for growth initiatives, including investment in research and development programs and the acquisition of capital assets.
