12:11 PM EDT, 10/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- VR Resources Ltd. ( VRRCF ) , on Monday it is seeking $0.45 million in a private placement of share units.

The company said its will place up to 10-million units priced at $0.045 each and made up of a share and one-half of an 18-month to buy a second share for $0.07.

Funds will be used for exploration on the ground this fall on the company's newly acquired Empire property and copper-gold exploration strategy in northern Ontario, an extension of its KSZ strategy north of Cochrane started in 2018.

VR shares were last seen down $0.005 to $0.04 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
