VSE Names Adam Cohn CFO

01:56 PM EDT, 08/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- VSE (VSEC) said Tuesday it appointed Adam Cohn chief financial officer, starting Sept. 3.

Cohn most recently served as CFO for aerospace supplier Valence Surface Technologies, VSE said.

VSE said its interim CFO, Tarang Sharma, will return to his position as chief accounting officer.

VSE shares were down 2% in recent trading.
