04:20 PM EDT, 05/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- VSee Health ( VSEE ) said late Thursday it received a notice from Nasdaq stating it is not in compliance with listing rules due to delayed filings of its quarterly and annual reports.

The company has not yet filed its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31 and its Form 10-K for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024. VSee has until June 24 to submit a plan to regain compliance.

The notice has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the company's common stock or public warrants, the company said.
