Vuzix Collaborates With Wyr.ai to Launch Quality Assurance Platform

12:04 PM EDT, 06/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vuzix ( VUZI ) said Tuesday it partnered with Wyr.ai to launch an artificial intelligence-based quality assurance inspection platform that leverages the company's M400TM smart glasses.

The platform will primarily cater to US Fortune 500 companies, according to a statement.

The collaboration will combine Vuzix's ( VUZI ) smart glasses with Wyr.ai's platform, which utilizes extended reality algorithms and artificial intelligence for visual quality assurance, enabling automated quality control processes for product testing and inspection across industries, the company said.

It added that the platform is expected to enhance transparency, minimize disputes, and streamline shipments.

Shares of Vuzix ( VUZI ) were up over 13% in recent trading.
