Vuzix Ships Smart Glasses to Evantek Under New Order for Asia Pacific Region -- Shares Rise

12:15 PM EST, 01/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vuzix ( VUZI ) said Tuesday that it has shipped an initial order for its Vuzix M400 smart glasses from Evantek, a technology solutions provider, under a new distribution agreement.

Evantek will distribute Vuzix ( VUZI ) products to customers across the Asia Pacific region. Evantek plans to target sectors such as health care, field services, and manufacturing with Vuzix M400 smart glasses, the company added.

The financial details of the deal were not given.

Vuzix ( VUZI ) stock rose nearly 20% in recent trading activity.
