Vyome, India's Embryyo Sign MOU to Pursue AI Medical Device Market; Shares up Pre-Bell

07:39 AM EDT, 08/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vyome Holdings ( HIND ) and India's Embryyo Technologies said Thursday they signed a nonbinding memorandum of understanding to jointly explore the global artificial intelligence-enabled medical device market.

The companies aim to productize and commercialize smart medical devices that can "transform" the standard of care in disease management and treatment, they said.

Vyome ( HIND ) shares were up 4% in recent premarket activity.
