05:16 PM EDT, 09/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- W. R. Berkley ( WRB ) said late Wednesday that its board has declared a special cash dividend of $0.25 and a regular quarterly dividend of $0.08 per common share.
Both dividends are payable Sept. 30 to shareholders of record on Sept. 23.
The dividend reflects the 3-for-2 common stock split effected on July 10.
