05:45 PM EST, 02/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Wabash National ( WNC ) said Thursday it acquired TrailerHawk.ai, a provider of cargo security and access management technologies, for an undisclosed price.

TrailerHawk.ai founder and Chief Executive Officer Brett Suma will join the Wabash Marketplace unit, which offers a digital platform designed to connect businesses with transportation and logistics solutions with Trailers as a Service.

Separately, Wabash maintained its quarterly dividend of $0.08 a share, payable April 24 to investors of record as of April 3.
