05:13 PM EDT, 09/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Wabash National ( WNC ) said late Tuesday it formed a partnership with Global Tank, which provides liquid and dry bulk tank trailer rentals, sales, transport, and storage solutions.

The partnership expands Wabash's network into Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal also adds four Global Tank sales and leasing representatives to Wabash's dealer network.

Wabash shares rose 1.9% in after-hours trading.
