Wag! Group Plans Stock Offering; Shares Fall After-Hours

05:29 PM EDT, 07/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Wag! Group ( PET ) said late Tuesday it plans a public offering of an undisclosed amount of its common shares, with Craig-Hallum Capital Group as its managing underwriter.

The company intends to use the net proceeds to repay debt, among other things.

Wag! Group ( PET ) shares were down about 9.7% in after-hours activity.
