04:17 PM EST, 01/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Wajax ( WJXFF ) said Wednesday it fully repaid its $57 million in 6.00% senior unsecured debentures, due immediately, along with any accrued interest.

The payment has been deposited with Computershare Trust Company of Canada, the trustee.

The trustee will process the repayment through CDS Clearing and Depository Services using funds from Wajax's ( WJXFF ) bank credit facility, the company added.

The company's shares closed up $0.22 to $20.56 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
