10:41 AM EDT, 08/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Walgreens Boots Alliance ( WBA ) has formed a partnership with Bilt Rewards to allow customers to automatically apply any network-branded flexible spending account or health savings account benefits card to purchases as Walgreens, Bilt said Monday.

The program eliminates the need to carry separate flexible spending account or health savings account cards, among other benefits.

Bilt said the Automatic Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account Savings and Enhanced Rewards benefits under the partnership are available immediately, while a complimentary photo prints feature is scheduled to launch in "the near future."

Walgreens rose more than 2% in recent trading activity.
