Walker & Dunlop Arranges $145.8 Million Financing for Bryant at Yorba Linda Property in California

10:13 AM EDT, 10/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Walker & Dunlop ( WD ) said Monday that it has arranged $145.8 million in first mortgage and preferred equity to refinance Bryant at Yorba Linda, a 400-unit multifamily property in California.

Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets arranged a five-year term, fixed-rate loan with full-term interest-only payments for Interstate Equities, with the Federal Home Loan Mortgage providing the capital, while securing preferred equity capital from an operator of multifamily communities on behalf of Interstate Equities, the company said.
