03:19 AM EDT, 09/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Walker & Dunlop ( WD ) said late Wednesday it arranged a $156.6 million refinancing for a portfolio of five multifamily communities located across the US Southeast region and Texas.

The company represented Boston Capital Real Estate Partners in the transaction with the lender, Fannie Mae, it said.
