03:42 AM EST, 12/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Walker & Dunlop ( WD ) said late Monday it arranged the $185 million sale of the Preserve at Melrose, a 410-unit suburban multifamily subdivision in San Diego, to Mesirow.

The company said the sale represents the second-largest, single-asset transaction in San Diego and the fifth-largest in California this year.
