07:26 AM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Walker & Dunlop ( WD ) said Monday it arranged a $220 million bridge loan to refinance the mixed-use multifamily property at 626 Newark Ave. in Jersey City, New Jersey.

The 27-story property consists of 576 units.
