08:13 AM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Walker & Dunlop ( WD ) said Wednesday that it has arranged approximately $238.4 million to refinance Forma Mia, a newly built, multifamily apartment building in Miami, Florida.

Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets arranged the permanent refinance for Crescent Heights, while Freddie Mac's Lease-Up program provided the fixed-rate loan.
