Walker & Dunlop Arranges $253 Million Construction Loan for Hotel Condominium Tower Project in Nashville

06:33 AM EDT, 03/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Walker & Dunlop ( WD ) said Wednesday it arranged a $253 million construction loan for the development of the Pendry Nashville and Pendry Residences Nashville, a 30-story hotel condominium tower in Nashville, Tennessee.

The company expects to start the project soon with an opening anticipated for 2027, it added.
