Walker & Dunlop Closes $240 Million Fund for Affordable Housing

06:57 AM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Walker & Dunlop ( WD ) said Tuesday it has closed a $240 million multi-investor low-income housing tax credit investment fund.

Fund 124 will support the development of 18 properties across California, Texas, Maryland, Utah, Missouri, Michigan, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, and Kansas covering 1,701 affordable housing units, the company said.
