05:55 PM EST, 03/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- William M Walker, Director, Chairman & CEO, on March 06, 2025, executed a purchase for 17,500 shares in Walker & Dunlop ( WD ) for $1,508,671. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Walker has control over a total of 963,283 common shares of the company, with 411,271 shares held directly and 552,012 controlled indirectly.
