Walker & Dunlop Prices $400 Million Private Debt Offering

04:49 PM EST, 03/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Walker & Dunlop ( WD ) said late Tuesday it priced a private placement of $400 million of 6.625% senior unsecured notes due 2033.

The company said it intends to use the proceeds to reduce the outstanding principal amount under its existing senior secured term loan agreement and for general corporate purposes.

The offering is expected to close on March 14, the company said.
