07:13 AM EDT, 09/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Wall Financial ( WFICF ) late Wednesday reported higher second-quarter net earnings despite lower revenue.
For the three months ended July 31, net earnings attributable to shareholders rose to $12.6 million, or $0.39 per share, from $11.4 million, or $0.35 per share, a year earlier.
Revenue fell to $51.8 million from $72.7 million.
For the six months ended July 31, Wall Financial ( WFICF ) said net earnings from rental apartment operations increased on the recovery of accrued costs related to the March 2022 sale of an investment property and lower interest expense.
Shares closed down 1.6% at $15.50 on the Toronto Stock Exchange Wednesday.
