Wall Financial Q4 Profit Drops, Revenue Rises
Apr 29, 2024 3:47 AM

06:26 AM EDT, 04/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Wall Financial ( WFICF ) , a British Columbia-based real estate company, over the weekend reported fourth-quarter net earnings attributable to shareholders of $551,495, or $0.02 per share, down from $1.7 million, or $0.05 per share, a year earlier.

Total revenue and other income for the quarter ended Jan. 31, was $33.3 million, up from $30.9 million in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.

For the full year, the company reported net earnings and comprehensive income attributable to shareholders of $22.2 million, or $0.69 per share, down from $48.2 million, or $1.49 per share, the previous year.

The decrease was mainly because of a gain on the sale of an investment property in the previous year of $30.3 million offset by an overall increase in earnings from operations in the current year.
