Wallbox Receives NYSE Non-Compliance Notice

04:51 PM EDT, 03/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Wallbox ( WBXWF ) said Friday it received a notice from the New York Stock Exchange for non-compliance with the listing rule of keeping an average market value of at least $50 million over a straight 30 trading-day period and stockholders' equity of at least $50 million.

The company said it plans to work with the exchange and assess options to regain compliance.
