Walmart-Backed Ibotta Prices IPO at $88 per Share

06:13 AM EDT, 04/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ibotta ( IBTA ) said Wednesday it priced an initial public offering of about 6.6 million class A common shares at $88 per share.

Of the total offering, 2.5 million shares are being sold by the Walmart ( WMT ) -backed company, while about 4.1 million are being offered by certain stockholders. The selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 984,105 class A common shares, the company said.

Shares of Ibotta ( IBTA ) will begin trading this Thursday on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol, "IBTA."

The offering is expected to close on April 22.
