Warby Parker Shares Edge Lower After Reporting Q3 Net Loss Narrows, Net Revenue Rises

09:53 AM EST, 11/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Warby Parker's ( WRBY ) shares were down 0.5% in recent early Thursday trading after the eyewear company reported a Q3 net loss of $0.03 per diluted share, narrowing from a loss of $0.15 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected a loss of $0.02.

Net revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $192.4 million, up from $169.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $190.1 million.

The company said it now expects 2024 net revenue of $765 million to $768 million, compared with its prior guidance of $757 million to $762 million. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $761.6 million.
