Warner Bros. Discovery Buys Minority Stake in Dubai-Based OSN Streaming

10:35 AM EDT, 03/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Warner Bros. Discovery ( WBD ) said Monday it has made a minority investment in Dubai-based OSN Streaming.

Details of the investment were not disclosed.

The transaction will take place in stages and is subject to customary requirements, the entertainment giant added.

Bloomberg reported that Warner Bros. will pay $57 million for about a third of OSN Streaming stake, citing an interview with OSN Group Chief Executive Joe Kawkabani as saying.

OSN Streaming is a unit of OSN Group.

Warner Bros. stock was down 1.5% in recent Monday trading.
